Book Review:
Sadhguru is a world-renowned spiritual leader and the founder of the Isha Yoga Foundation. One day when I was randomly surfing on YouTube, I came across this book and decided to give it a try. Little did I know that this would enlighten me on so many topics.
This book begins with a brief history of Sadhguru’s childhood memories and how he was as a young boy. These stories range from how he was a student in school, to his first introduction to yoga and what he learned through his college life.
This perspective is shifted when Sadhguru defines the moment he felt a spiritual awakening and how it changed his perspective in life.
This moment is then followed by advice on lifestyle, food and sleep habits, and many such topics. The ways and methods which Sadhguru has suggested are simple, and I believe easily applicable in real life.
Overall, I believe it’s a fun book with witty incidences to teach us about what things really matter in life. The best part I felt was that Sadhguru tells us the basic spiritual practices and leaves it upon us to implement in our life in the way we feel comfortable. So do check this book out.
Happy Reading.
